Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on thedevik.com, operated by Verve Tech. Please read it carefully before completing a payment.

1. Nature of our products

thedevik.com sells digital, computer-generated astrology reports and marriage biodata documents. These are delivered electronically and are unlocked for viewing and download immediately after a successful payment. As such, they are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods.

2. Cancellations

Because reports are generated and delivered instantly, an order cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed and the report has been unlocked. You may simply choose not to complete payment if you do not wish to proceed — no charge is made until you confirm payment through Razorpay.

3. Refunds

Given the instant, digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once a report has been unlocked or downloaded. However, we want you to be satisfied, and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical or payment-gateway error (duplicate payment).
  • Payment was successfully deducted but the report failed to unlock or generate due to a fault on our side, and we are unable to deliver it to you.
  • A clear technical defect on our part prevented you from accessing the product you paid for.

Refunds are not provided for reasons such as a change of mind, disagreement with the astrological interpretation, or inaccurate birth/personal details entered by you.

4. How to request a refund

  • Email us at info@verve-tech.in within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Include your registered email, the order/service name, the date of purchase and the Razorpay payment reference.
  • Briefly describe the issue you experienced.

5. Processing of approved refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method through Razorpay. Approved refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days, after which the time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
