1. Digital delivery only
All products sold on thedevik.com are digital — astrology reports and marriage biodata documents. There is no physical shipment, courier or postal delivery involved, and no shipping charges apply.
2. How and when you receive your product
- Immediately after your payment is confirmed through Razorpay, the full report is unlocked within your session for on-screen viewing.
- You can then download a print-ready PDF copy of your report directly from the Website.
- Delivery is therefore instant in the vast majority of cases. Occasional delays may occur due to payment-gateway confirmation or temporary technical issues.
3. If you do not receive your product
If your payment was successful but your report did not unlock or you were unable to download it, please contact us at info@verve-tech.in with your registered email and Razorpay payment reference. We will deliver your product or, where applicable, process a refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
