thedevik.com offers digital, computer-generated Vedic astrology reports and marriage biodata documents based on the birth and personal details you provide. This includes services such as birth charts, compatibility (Guna Milan), dosha and yoga analysis, predictions, numerology, muhurta timing and the marriage biodata builder.

All reports are informational and are delivered as digital documents (on-screen previews and downloadable PDFs). No physical product is shipped.

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Website and make a purchase.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth and personal details you enter. Reports are generated from these inputs, and inaccurate data will affect the output.
• Sign-in is verified through a one-time password (OTP) sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure.

• Service fees are displayed on each service page in Indian Rupees (₹49–₹149 per report) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay, which supports UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets. We do not store your full card or banking details on our servers.
• A purchase unlocks the full report for viewing and a print-ready PDF download. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already paid for.

Once payment is confirmed, the corresponding report is unlocked instantly within your session and is available to view and download. Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details on how digital products are delivered.

Because our products are digital and generated on demand, refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please read it before making a purchase.

• You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
• You may use reports for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute or commercially exploit our reports or content without written permission.
• You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that violates the privacy or rights of any other person.

They are computer-generated from the inputs supplied and do not constitute professional advice (financial, medical, legal, psychological or otherwise). You should not rely on any report as a substitute for qualified professional guidance, and any decisions you take based on the content are at your own discretion and risk.

The Website, its design, text, templates, logos and software are owned by Verve Tech or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The personal data and biodata you generate remain yours.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verve Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or reliance on any report. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
